Overgrown hedges

The hedges in Apple Grove haven't been cut back all year and are blocking the pavement. It's not possible to get past these if you're in a wheel chair or pushchair without getting wet. Residents are having to walk in the road instead. This needs to be cut back and some residents also need to cut back their hedges too. Some section 154 notices are needed.
