Desperately need parking solutions

Sent to Hampshire County Council and Hart District Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3823783.

The council and IVPM who manage the Bellway Bartley Square apartment development need to come up with parking solutions. The residents' cars are not going to decrease in number so provide places to park!!
