Sent to Uttlesford District Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3821313.

There is in excess of 5/6 cars that have been left by an Airport Parking company which is leaving customer cars on the main road opposite 'The Pastures' which is illegally parked as it is opposite a road junction. One of the vehicle was left on the 11/09 unsecured with the boot lid left open. This was a BMW and the front window indicated this person's vehicle was someone who works at Harrogate Council....
