Blocking driveway

Sent to Reading Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3819963.

I've spend money to the consil to drop kerb to get easy access to my driveway and pay extra to paint white solid line to make sure any driver will see access but problem is I livind near school and always blocking my driveway waiting for kids when I coming back from my school run I can't access my own driveway and when I ask to move getting abuse from the driver
