Investigating
Subsidence a605
Reported via mobile in the Potholes / Highway Condition category by Hayley yates at 13:37, Mon 12 September 2022 using FixMyStreet Pro
Sent to Northamptonshire Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3819585.
The a605 between the a14 roundabout and Huntington road road about as you enter towards Thrapston has subsided again You previously took ages to fix this, now your map says you don’t cover this road, but the ‘repair’ lasted a matter of days before the roads sunk again. Tipping a new surface over the top and not addressing the real issue has now made it worse and at the additional expense of tax payers

I reported this in February and at that time the response was that it would be addressed within six months. Not holding my breath but I expect you will be VERY quick in raising our council tax bills. In the meantime expect a large lorry to overturn on this road. Rank incompetence Northamptonshire Highways.
