Unkempt council garage - ?drug den

There are two council owned garages in northdown gardens. Both are unkempt with bushes overgrown. Some of them even do not have access to these garages. Unfortunately this has meant, local youths vandalising this place and there are condoms and syringes lying in this place. This is a direct result of the council neglecting to keep the area clean. Unfortnately my efforts to keep this public place clean these last few years have been unsuccesful - even when I have paid for a gardener to do the work. The last time I complained a few years ago, with photos etc, a reluctant clean was done but this has not been a regular maintenance schedule.

These gargages have blighted this area due to their poor upkeep.
