The tenants at this address don't understand how to use their bins! The wheelie bins are left out against the wall of this house 7 days a week. The Bins are overflowing and bags have been shredded by foxes. The contents are all over the pavement and road. Its an awful sight as you have can soiled nappies, food and other personal female hygiene at full view. Please can we clear and take some action against these tenants that are destroying the area and road.
