Overflowing public bin

The public bin next to Agur Court continues to be neglected. It was full for over a week, with visable bags of dog excrement on display. Nearly another week on it is overflowing, yet remains unemptied. Despite regularly reporting this issue, nothing changes. Interesting, another bin (less than 50 feet away ) is regularly emptied.
