Blocked drain on highway

Sent to Norfolk County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3814842.

The drain is blocked well beneath the grate and so will not drain. The geography will not allow it to drain either and so any further rain will add to it. This is the only access to the residences. I understand there are previous reports Thank you
