Sent to Halton Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3814820.

So I reported a few months ago about traffic signs thrown in and all kinds of other buts there's no water left in it most of the ducks are dead and it smells really bad and is making dogs sick and 3 dogs recently have died from being around there and licking that area
