Water from the public footpath draining through the premises

The local council has been out to repair some damage to the tarmac immediately outside the premises, however water still flows freely from the footpath into the premises. This in turn causes excessive water to overflow our drainage system, and enter the property to a considerable depth (~2" within an hour) under the floors.

  • Considerable amounts of water is now entering the premises, photographs and video footage show a depth of two to three inches in the immediate underfloor are of the living room.
