Blocked Roadside Gulleys

The roadside gulleys in front of properties 3/5 and 8 on Spring Road are completely blocked and there are a couple of inches of standing water on both sides of the road as a result. When cars drive by, large splashes are unavoidable, hitting pedestrians and nearby houses (houses which are already suffering from perpetual damp due to a collapsed pipe under the pavement and previously reported).
