No drpp down kerb

Hello Number 22 three mile lane is constantly using the pavement ouside their hoise to drive over to park their vans and cars in front of their house , yet haven't paid for a drop down kerb, you have to go to the property in evenings to see this as thats when all cars and vans are parked up, Pavements are being damaged due to this parking, and as I'm disabled and have to walk across these pavements this is a serious matter that needs to be addressed before people like.me seriously injure themselves. Also they have an illegal sign that been erected on a garden fence advertising a business, as again no planning been taken out for this as I've checked.
