Running a car valeting business from driveway

Number 41 jerningham Rd is running a car valeting business directly from their driveway, it's causing noise nuisance and also its unsightly and making it difficult to get on and off my driveway too due to the marquee being used as it blocks vision, also with amount of cars coming and going, and due to all this, they are using the pavements and grass verges to park cars on that are waiting to be valeted is damaging the pavements and also grass verges, jet washing water constantly going across publc pavement and i to raod too, I've complained before about this but last time council stated there was nothing going there, that's ridiculous as clearly there is, council needs to go and check this out in more than just one occasion, this is illegal what they doing as NO planning permission been applied for of given to do this.
