Sent to Richmond upon Thames Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3802994.

There are around 5-10 cigarette butts thrown in to my front garden every day. Id like a cigarette disposal box attached to the belisha beacon to stop this from happening. It also happens on other properties around mine / the zebra crossing. TW12 1SP.
