Traffic Box needing touched up

Sent to Glasgow City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3802199.

There's always been a traffic box here but it's all faded again and needs re-painted. Selfish people travelling along Cathcart Rd block this junction preventing cars turning out of and onto Cathcart Road. The lights at the junction can be at red and cars will block the junction preventing traffic turning right out of Butterbiggins Road. The worst at rush hour.
