White van blocking the emergency vehicle access road to the Meadow Vale development, also preventing wheelchair/mobility scooter and parents with prams from accessing Owles Lane to reach the high road and local schools/shops.

  • Vehicles continually parking across emergency services access point and preventing pedestrians with buggies, disabled vehicles and those with limited mobility from accessing Owles Lane down to London Rd. A sign is required to warn drivers vehicles will be removed or clamped
