Parking on pavements

All around this area and in other areas of Thanet, people seem to think that parking on pavements is now acceptable. Probably they think they are helping by making the roads less narrow. In fact it makes life difficult for pedestrians and in particular pram pushers because they actually park their cars fully on the pavement not just the nearside wheels. Incidentally I am not a pram pusher but a car driver but it still makes me fuming mad and surely it is still illegal
