Sent to Oxford City Council less than a minute later
The block of flats facing London Road has recently had piles of rubbish overflowing from the inadequate number of bins. I am concerned that this will attract rats and affect the neighbouring properties.
This is an an ongoing issue…the new tenants put their rubbish on the top and the old rubbish getting rotten and attract rats.

5th September, lunchtime. Still numerous bags of rubbish and overflowing bins at this property ( 57 London Road ) the rubbish here as always been an ongoing problem since the development was first built . Is it a leasehold development? Surely tenants former and current and maybe the leaseholders should have a say and get this sorted A.S.A.P. . I’m a close neighbour and very worried about rats and health concerns. Thank you
