Water still seeping through road surface

Sent to Leicestershire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3798193.

Hole dug / traffic light control end of Aug22. Work completed / hole filled however water is still seeping through the road surface a few meters away from where this latest hole was dug.
