Sent to Hampshire County Council and Havant Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3795247.

Big green cellular mast installed at layby along Martin Road.

Local residents not been consulted with prior to construction.

Apart from the fact it sticks out in the area because it is massive, there is surely a non-ionising radiation risk to local residents now.
