A quantity of rubble, timber and corrugated *Asbestos* sheeting has been dumped at the side of the lane. Daresbury Park side of railway crossing.

  • Despite its potentially hazardous nature this had still not been cleared on 22nd September 2013. Reminder sent to HBC.

  • No further feedback from HBC. I assume this must be classed as private land and is not the responsibility of the council.

  • Since the original report further rubbish has been added and it has been set on fire on a number of occasions.

  • This material has now been "bulldozed" under the hedge. I assume this was done by the landowner. "Out of sight..........out of mind"
