Sent to Cardiff Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3791169.

Second report for this issue. The gully I reported as overgrown and with flytipping is still as it was when I reported it weeks ago.

Updates

More and more rubbish being left in gully, I had a pram which is hanging over the railings hit me in the head this week. It needs cleaning out.
