Enfield council lack of professionalism and accountability

Having reported the waste across the streets outside Grovelands today from yesterday’s parties who were told they could do this, I have called the council twice . The first time I had the phone put down on me after speaking to front desk and the second time I was put through to environmental crime who picked up the phone and put it down immediately . Such is Enfield disregard for its community .
