Garage construction project

My neighbour is modifying the shared garage between our properties, leaving unsightly waste in front of the garage. The work includes increasing the roof height and joining bricks have been left out between the two garages which I am concerned will result in damage on my side. I have asked on multiple occasions for details of the changes being made so I can assess the impact on the garage my side but he has not been forthcoming.

    Rubbish and building supplies outside this garage have built up again.

    The caravan, which seems to not be road worthy hasn’t moved for months.
