Sewage running in the road

Sent to Hampshire County Council and Havant Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3784567.

There is sewage running in the road from a storm drain just north of Warfield avenue. It runs about 50m before running into another storm drain. This is on the left hand side of the road if looking downhill from Waterlooville towards Purbrook.

Noticed this morning. Really smelly. No obvious damage to the road
