Memorial put up in 2019

Sent to Enfield Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3783336.

Fine with the memorial but it’s a complete mess. Poor people coming out of their homes everyday. People come every few months or so and add flowers, leave alcohol!! And leave. They do not look after it. They have attached some plaques to the tree which is fine but everything is not fitting as along term memorial.
