Litter at bus stop

Litter is again building up at my bus stop (northbound Sainsbury's bus stop in Littlemore). I recently reported this same issue and it was thankfully dealt with quite quickly, for which I was appreciative. But it has again built up over the past few days. Is it possible to put a rubbish bin at this stop? If not, I plan to put up a sign at my own cost because I prefer to not sit next to half-eaten yoghurt containers while waiting for the bus every morning.....
