Sent to Cardiff Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3781474.

There is no loading bay and trying to get a delivery done from around 23:00 - 03:00 is a joke - also many people live above the shops and park outside. Sometimes have to double park an artic in the street to do a delivery which can take up to 2 hrs, thus resulting in angry drivers and threats from people.
