Sent to Torbay Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3779407.

Fly tipping on the road and pavement outside two flats on both sides . Rubbish is dumped on the pavement and road this has been there for months including this is on the public highway.

  • Sad to say it had been fixed but more there then ever again its discussing and its a shame a fixed payment and a removal fee should be given

    Persistent illegal parking on the pavement and double yellow lines. DV67 YTL Nissan Qashqai Blocks pavement for parents & children on the school run and access to private parking.. Narrow road, delivery vehicles also have probs getting past the car & bin lorries. Happening on an almost daily basis, especially mornings school run time. Very bad and selfish parking.
