Raised service cover creating hard bump

The tarmac surrounding the raised service cover here on Merivale, Fleet, is sagging around the hump creating a hard edge and hard bump.

Often there is a parked car on the other side of the road so you cannot avoid going over this hump in the road - it is very hard on vehicle tyres/wheels.

Like the service cover hump further down the road that was recently repaired, this needs some new tarmac added to smooth out the hard edges of tarmac and smooth out the road surface please.

It's the cover just after the "The Spinney" cul-de-sac junction, right after the entrance to the Calthorpe park fields. Please see the screenshot from Google maps attached.
