10ft hedge taking over pavement and rats in grass

Sent to Glasgow City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3779079.

Unkept garden at GHA property no27. Hedge is taking over the pavement creating an eyesore and a blindspot when turning out of Crosslee onto Maryland drive. Pedestrians having to walk on the road to get past hedge. Rats seen running under hedge and along the path into the unkept long grass.
