Sent to Leeds City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3778048.

Cars parking on pavement making it difficult for pram/wheelchair users. Cars are taking up more than 50% of the pavement on both sides, parking too close to adjacent lampposts or bushes to be able to squeeze a pram through without entering the road.
