Traffic light not changing in the night

Sent to Cardiff Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3776432.

When approaching the traffic lights along allensbank road the lights don’t change. I was there for 15 minutes. With no other traffic about. The lights on the other side changed about 10 times. The lights have been fine during the day but don’t change during the evening
