Manhole cover missing on pavement

Sent to Glasgow City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3774154.

This manhole cover has been missing for over a year. It is now filling with debris. It's a danger when walking on the public pavement, especially for the disabled road users as it is beside a public disabled parking bay (usually used by road users going to the GP 10 metres away). It is also dangerous for visitors/services/residents going using the entrance to 100 Fulton Street as it is extremely close to the entrance.
