Fly tipped at the end of last week, a used black plastic toilet cistern with used pipework dumped on the pavement by the wall from Forest Road towards No. 2 Ulverston Road, E17. THank you.

Updates

The cistern has not yet been collected. Next to it ,on the pavement edge, overnight on 5/6 September, two black bags of builders rubbish. Looks like sharp edged tiles sticking out of the bags - possible health and safety risk. Thanks.
