Bizarre impossible junction with no way though

Sent to Leicester City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3770969.

When a cyclist approaches this junction via the cycle lane on Berridge Street, they find that:

Friar Lane is No Entry, Grey Friars is No Entry and Market Place South is No Entry.

There is nowhere to go other than back down Berridge Street.

Please fix this bizarre and impossible junction.
