Grass verge decimated on Usk Road

Service strip/grass verge on Usk Road is completely destroyed. There is a 15cm pit that numerous pedestrians have tripped into. One woman fell down and broke her collarbone and pelvis. She lay on the footpath and I covered her with blankets from my home. This grassless verge has been in this condition for the four years that I have lived here despite numerous complaints to Reading Borough Council.
