The estate is constantly filled by cars parked dangerously, illegally or blocking safe entry and exit from the estate. There are many times in a week where the only entrance is blocked and emergency vehicles would not be able to access the estate. This is increasingly becoming an issue and causing delays and concern for the residents of kemp road and clutsom road.
