Builders delivery ton bags left on street

Sent to Halton Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3768957.

Ton Bags used to delivery sand and stones one now full of rubbish left on pavement for over 4 weeks causing a trip hazard and making it necessary to walk on road to get past.
