Sent to Leicestershire County Council and North West Leicestershire District Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3767668.

There has been multiple issues on the entrance to Kemp road causing problems for residents getting on and off their drives as well as the possibility of emergency vehicles being unable to access the properties further up and at the top of Kemp Road. This is becoming a common regular problem
