Seriously bad rat problem

Sent to Cardiff Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3767637.

There is a massive rat problem in the rear gated lane. At all times of day there are very large rats running around the lane. Since the lane has been gated, children play in the lane and the rats are causing a big concern. This needs immediate attention.
