Bloke has been rebuilding his car for months.

Banging, grinding and spraying noxious fumes 7 days a week, all hours of the day.

An absolute asbo and needs action as it still continues.

He is now carrying out repairs to someone else's car one the road ay 4.30 on a Sunday. Is he running a business from hoime?? Is he paying business rates?? Is he being taxed on his earings, even if they are 'cash-in-hand'. The noise, together with the scrap metal littlering is dragging down the neighbourhood.

Today at approx 5.30 the same man was assessing a white van and discussing with the driver whtat needed to be done. Apparently, this weekend was not going to be convenient. Perhaps he is carrying out jobs for 'mates', but whether that is the case or not, This part of Westfield Avenue is being turned into a drop-by workshop with all that that entails. Why is this permitted in a residential area?
