Damaged bollard on Stibbs Hill

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3760037.

At the top of Stibbs Hill the access beyond Swan's Close is for non motor vehicles. the bollard has been damaged/knocked over. First noticed 16th August 2022 but may have happened earlier.
