This vehicle has been parked in our street for the last month depriving those who live here a parking space. No one in the street knows whos car it is

  • I have visited this vehicle and found it has valid road tax and mot, therefore I have no grounds for action. I cant deal with this vehicle as abandoned as it does not meet the national required criteria.

  • The car is still here, i have checked the mot status and it has now expired. The road tax is also set to expire on 01.09.22

  • Removal times refer to vehicles that have been deemed abandoned. This vehicle doesn't meet the criteria to be removed as abandoned, therefore no action can be taken by the council. This vehicle has been referred to the DVLA who sends officers round every few months.
