Over grown hedge is blocking public footpath making a danger as people are having to walk in the road

The hedge in front of 53 Newark drive, Corby nn180es has overgrown and is taking up all the public foot path. making it a danger to disabled in wheel chairs as they have to go in to the road to get past it.
