Someone had wedged a glass bottle in bandstand roof tiles

There is a large/wine bottle wedged in the roof tiles of the bandstand in the Manor Road Recreation Ground. If/when it falls it will likely smash on the flagstone steps causing a broken glass hazard. It could possibly fall on a person. Health and safety issue.
