Vehicle blocking road and junction

Sent to Cardiff Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3754433.

2 large vans are parking outside 78 Mill Road, blocking the view and visibility on the road and the junction with Millwood.

The situation is dangerous and could cause an accident due to traffic speed, lack of visibility and blocked roads requring overtaking of stationery vehicles.

Vans could park on Larch Grove, a road which is quieter and would avoid issues with a busy road and junction to Millwood.

  • Even more builders vehicles keep blocking the road and causing disruption to Mill Road and the junction to Millwood. The Police/Cardiff Council or the appropriate authority should deal with this rather than ignore the issues or seek to avoid any responsibility for the actions of the careless builders who disregard road safety. An accident and possible fatalities could happen anyday considering such careless parking is near a primary school and a busy road and junction.
