Trees over growing public path

The trees on the pathway to the entrance of Hertingfordbury Road (north side) just off the A414 - opposite the Esso Garage are spilling out over the pathway. This is especially an issue as it turns into the road where there is a lamppost - impossible to get a pram of mobility scooter through, meaning you have to step into the road
