Flytipping, Fires and Overgrown footpath

Reported via desktop in the Other (non-highways) category anonymously at 18:59, Sun 14 August 2022

Sent to Hampshire County Council and Test Valley Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3753282.

Seems to be recent evidence of someone lighting fires on the public right of way, adjacent to a cornfield and housing. Quite a bit of fly-tipping of garden/household waste which may be associated with fires? Footpath hasn't been cleared recently which increases the potential for fire spreading quickly in current conditions.
